Purchasing a Luxury Lodge

If you’re looking to purchase a Luxury Lodge at Bowdens Crest Park, the first and most important thing to decide is what you want your lodge for and any specific requirements you may have. We can then walk you through the process and match your requirements with lodges available.  We are here to help make the whole process simple and enjoyable.

What you Get

All Luxury Lodges sited on Bowdens Crest Park will include a luxury siting package and will be fully prepared and connected ready to move straight in for you to enjoy straight away.

Package includes:

  • Concrete base
  • Parking space alongside each holiday home
  • Delivery and siting of new home
  • uPVC skirting
  • Connection to all services
  • Brick or UPVC steps and paved paths

The Ground Rent is paid on the first of each month, or you can pay the whole amount in one go.

Your Ground Rent Includes

All of the following: water consumption, sewerage treatment plant emptying / servicing charges, park business rates, refuse collection, electricity infrastructure and fire protection equipment servicing charge, grass cutting, grounds maintenance and general maintenance / repairs / replacements, and pitch lighting (If already Installed)

  • Season is from 1st of March to last day of February.
  • Dogs are accepted on Bowdens Crest Park
  • Bowdens Crest has a 12 Months License / 365 Days License for Holiday Use
  • Bowdens Crest is Open 365 Days Per Year
  • Full use of on-site facilities
  • The only other outgoings are for the Gas / Electricity that is used and Insurance

Choose your Luxury Lodge or plot

There is always a varied selection of Lodges on sale.  You can see our Catalogue or pop and see us at the office to find out what Lodges are available. The sales team can talk you through the availability of Our Lodges and the vacant plot locations.

Paying a Deposit

Upon choosing your new Lodge and Plot, we require a 10% of purchase price non refundable deposit and the balance paid within two weeks or before the handover date.


Finance is available when purchasing a new Lodge at Bowdens Crest Park .  Please enquire with our sales team.

Part Exchange

We can arrange a part exchange agreement on your property, vehicle, motorhome or caravan. Just let us know what you have and you could be the proud owner of a Luxury Lodge sooner than you think. (Please note! We can not take your main residential home in part exchange against any Park Lodges we have for sale). Contact us now on 01458 250553.

Additional Costs

There are no other additional costs of siting or connecting the Lodge to services like TV, electricity, gas and sewerage. This is all included. However if you are looking to purchase decking this is in addition.  Please ask a member of our sales team for details.

Taking ownership

Once you’ve paid in full for the new Lodge you will take ownership and will need to organise your own insurance or we can assist you in that. At this stage we will provide you with a manual and a set of keys for your new purchase and show you where your utility points are. It really is that simple.

After Sales

If you’ve purchased a brand new Park Lodge, most manufacturers offer a 12 month warranty on the purchase. The warranty will start from the day you take ownership of your Lodge. If you have any issues with your new Lodge. Warranty issues classed as cosmetic need to be reported within the first two weeks after purchase.
